Marketing Coordinator (Level 5)

About the role

A leading economic development organisation in Adelaide is looking for a Marketing Coordinator (Level 5) to join its marketing team. The role supports the planning, coordination and delivery of destination marketing campaigns, major events and visitor economy initiatives. It is a 5-day-per-week contract running through to February, with strong potential to extend.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver destination marketing campaigns and visitor economy initiatives
• Develop digital content, website updates and targeted EDM communications
• Manage CRM workflows, audience segmentation and customer journeys using HubSpot
• Coordinate multiple marketing workstreams, timelines and deliverables autonomously
• Draft marketing collateral and stakeholder briefings
• Cultivate working relationships with internal business units and external precinct partners

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Tourism or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
• Demonstrated marketing experience within tourism, destination marketing, major events or a similarly busy sector
• Proven ability to run several campaigns and workstreams at once while keeping strict timelines
• Strong written communication and copy-writing skills
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships and competing priorities

Required skills

• Practical experience with CMS platforms, marketing automation tools and CRM systems; HubSpot experience is highly regarded
• Ability to develop EDMs, website copy, briefing documents and social content
