Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Sri Om Care provides aged, disability and health services in people's homes across Australia, and is looking for a Marketing Coordinator for a newly created part-time permanent position in Sydney. The role combines a proactive, hands-on approach with strong communication skills, focusing on identifying, developing and delivering new communication opportunities and getting the best return from campaign budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the in-house graphic designer to develop creative from internal briefs, and review and approve copy and design before sharing with the wider team
• Support the PR content plan and campaign delivery, including customer testimonials
• Proofread and write copy for website content, social media and other collateral
• Update the marketing calendar with upcoming events, campaigns and promotional items
• Support communication to the states on new collateral and campaigns
• Manage relationships with storage and print partners
• Track cost estimates for all activity, process invoices and monitor spend

Required profile

• Ideally 2 years of previous marketing experience
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding relationship and communication skills
• Able to work autonomously but also in a team, in a busy, dynamic and high-pressure environment
• Lateral thinking to meet deadlines and deliver quality work under pressure
• Exceptional presentation and influencing skills
• Current Australian driver's licence with a registered and reliable vehicle
