Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Bridgit is a non-bank lender helping Australians access property equity through a digital Buy Now, Sell Later solution. As Marketing Coordinator you will help bring the brand to life, build campaigns and amplify impact across channels, working alongside a growing team and reporting to the Marketing Manager. The role covers brand, content and product marketing, with hands-on experience in digital and performance marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Support integrated marketing campaigns across key channels and coordinate them with internal and external teams
• Research market trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity
• Assist go-to-market plans for new product features and releases, keeping the product experience aligned with the brand
• Manage the content calendar from ideas and briefs to publishing, ensuring consistent messaging
• Measure and analyse campaign performance with the Marketing Manager and use insights to improve future efforts
• Coordinate lifecycle and CRM activity in HubSpot, manage the email content calendar and build a customer nurture journey, testing and reporting on pipeline conversion and retention

Required profile

• 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment or startup
• Proactive, can-do attitude and strong initiative
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisation and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail and eagerness to learn
