Marketing Coordinator

About the role

MineARC Systems, a global safety and technology company, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to sit at the intersection of marketing and operations. The role captures new ideas, product updates and technical insights and turns them into resources that support global teams. It suits someone who enjoys working with technical products, has an eye for detail and coordinates across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create product documentation, manuals, translations, sticker kits and product pricing
• Work with sales and operations to develop product promotions
• Manage databases (current lists and new ones)
• Update quote templates and marketing collateral
• Manage the company's brand identity
• Coordinate EDMs and enable product, innovation and sales readiness
• Work closely with the Marketing and Innovation Team, Sales Team and wider business functions
• Support digital marketing, SEO, SEM and Google AdWords
• Handle event management

Required profile

• Bachelor of Commerce or Business with a Marketing major
• Experience with B2B marketing or buying and planning
• Project management experience
• Ability to work with Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Production
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking and time management
• Advantageous: knowledge of marketing strategies and strategic business plans, social media and direct mail strategies

Required skills

• MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Content writing and Adobe Creative Suite
• Digital marketing, SEO, SEM and Google AdWords
