Marketing Coordinator

About the role

ABN Group, a building, property and home finance group active for over 45 years across Western Australia and Victoria, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for its Leederville office. The role reports to the Marketing Manager and supports the planning, coordination and delivery of marketing initiatives across the business, working with internal stakeholders, agencies and suppliers to run campaigns, keep the brand consistent and support digital, social media and CRM activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the delivery of marketing campaigns, promotions and brand initiatives.
• Plan and create content marketing across digital and offline channels, and prepare marketing briefs and collateral updates.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and agencies while monitoring budgets and invoicing.
• Monitor campaign performance, maintain reporting dashboards and provide marketing insights.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in a generalist marketing role or similar, with knowledge of delivering marketing plans and activities.
• Tertiary qualification at bachelor's level in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent.
• Experience balancing brand management with performance marketing, including multi-channel campaign planning across traditional and digital channels.
• Interest in the residential construction industry.

Required skills

• Strong written and verbal communication, with copywriting, proofreading and content creation experience.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative approach, strong relationship-building skills and ability to act on feedback.
