Marketing Coordinator – ANZ

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator will support Light & Wonder's ANZ business by delivering high‑impact marketing programmes, product launches and trade‑show activations across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the ANZ marketing strategy, including roadmap launches, partner programmes, regional tradeshows and VIP events.
• Execute product launches and customer‑centric programmes from concept through operational delivery.
• Manage relationships with agencies, vendors and global marketing teams to produce effective sales collateral.
• Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences and trade shows, handling logistics, schedules and mailing lists.
• Maintain inventory of sales support materials and support internal tools and platforms.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in corporate or agency marketing, preferably supporting global brands.
• Hands‑on experience with events, tradeshows, GTM launches and digital 360 campaigns.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with partner‑facing experience.
