Marketing Communications Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Communications Specialist will join a leading Australian Med Tech organisation to create and deliver digital marketing content across a surgical portfolio. Reporting to the Marketing Lead, the role is hands‑on, focusing on copywriting, graphic design, video production and campaign management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop brochures, product guides, presentations and educational resources for surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Create and edit video content for marketing, communications and training purposes.
• Manage LinkedIn posts, e‑mail direct‑mail (eDM) campaigns and website updates.
• Support product launches with targeted communications and promotional assets.
• Coordinate marketing activities for conferences, workshops and education events.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in marketing, communications or digital content creation, preferably within healthcare, medical‑device or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Strong copywriting ability to translate technical information into engaging material.
• Creative, proactive attitude with a positive work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Current driver’s licence and flexibility for occasional travel.

Required skills

• Graphic design using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
• Video creation and editing.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com for content deployment.
• Experience managing social media, eDMs and digital campaigns.
