Marketing & Communications Coordinator

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join its Communications & Stakeholder Engagement team in Brisbane. Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Lead, you will create graphic design assets that support both external project communications and internal team content for the Wave Stage 1 rail project on the Sunshine Coast.

Key responsibilities

• Design external materials such as newsletters, fact sheets, signage, and event collateral.
• Produce internal content including presentations, posters, and intranet articles.
• Apply brand standards and accessibility guidelines across all deliverables.
• Support activation events, pop‑up markets, station precinct activities, site tours, media events and stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain the media look‑ahead calendar and monitor daily media coverage.
• Participate in the 24/7 Project Information Hotline roster.
• Provide administrative support such as agenda preparation, minute taking and open point management.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in graphic design, marketing or communications.
• Experience working on an infrastructure project.
• Current Australian driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office.
• Experience using web CMS platforms.
