Marketing Associate - Acute Care & Sage

About the role

Join Stryker as a Marketing Associate supporting the Sage and Acute Care businesses. This hybrid position offers hands‑on experience across consumable and capital product portfolios, allowing you to contribute to product launches, campaigns, and customer events while learning from seasoned marketers.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of marketing strategies and annual plans for both Sage and Acute Care units.
• Create marketing collateral, sales tools, and product communications.
• Assist with product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement activities.
• Provide product information and training support to the sales team.
• Organise and participate in conferences, workshops, and healthcare professional events.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or a related commercial role.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a proactive learning approach.
