Marketing and Growth Manager

About the role

The company is launching its first dedicated Marketing & Growth function and needs a senior leader to design and execute the marketing strategy, drive customer acquisition and shape brand positioning. You will work directly with the CEO and senior leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead customer acquisition, activation, retention and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
• Define brand positioning, value proposition and market differentiation.
• Create go‑to‑market plans for new products and platform enhancements.
• Oversee integrated campaigns across digital, content, SEO, AI search and customer communications.
• Optimize website and digital experiences in partnership with internal teams.
• Collaborate with sales and support to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Monitor performance metrics, acquisition costs and ROI, and report insights to senior leadership.
• Manage agency, technology and external supplier relationships.
• Build and scale a high‑performing marketing function, establishing processes and future team capability.

Required profile

• 7+ years of marketing experience with responsibility for strategy, budgets and performance outcomes.
• Proven track record in B2B acquisition, growth and customer lifecycle marketing.
• Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS or similarly complex commercial environments is beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to build, lead or scale marketing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset.
