Marketing and Growth Manager

About the role

Lead the creation and execution of the marketing strategy for an established Australian fintech business. You will work directly with the CEO and senior leadership to shape brand positioning, drive customer acquisition and influence growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual marketing plan aligned with business growth objectives.
• Drive acquisition, activation, retention and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
• Lead brand positioning, value‑proposition development and market differentiation.
• Create go‑to‑market plans for new products, services and platform enhancements.
• Oversee integrated campaigns across digital, content, SEO and AI‑search channels.
• Partner with sales and support to improve lead quality, engagement and conversion.
• Monitor performance metrics, acquisition costs and ROI, presenting insights to senior leadership.
• Build and scale a high‑performing marketing function, establishing processes and future team capability.

Required profile

• 7+ years of marketing experience with responsibility for strategy, budgets and performance outcomes.
• Proven track record in B2B acquisition, growth and customer‑lifecycle marketing.
• Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS or similarly complex commercial environments is beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to build, lead or scale marketing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset.
