Marketing and Communications Coordinator

About the role

The Marketing and Communications Coordinator will support Sentral’s marketing engine across campaign execution, event coordination, marketing operations, content development, and performance analysis. Reporting to the Head of Asia‑Pacific Marketing, the role works closely with sales, product, and broader business teams to drive pipeline growth, customer engagement, and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate multi‑channel campaigns across email, web, social and paid media.
• Support webinars, conferences, customer events and industry engagement activities.
• Manage campaign assets, timelines and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain HubSpot and Salesforce workflows, forms, landing pages and lead‑nurturing programs.
• Assist with website updates, content publishing and digital marketing activities.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing or demand generation.
• Strong organisation, project management and data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
