Marketing All-Rounder: Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager

About the role

A purpose-driven team helping injured workers recover is looking for a versatile marketing all-rounder who can handle writing, design, campaign execution and reporting. This is a generalist role for someone who wants ownership across the full marketing mix and can move between strategy, content and creative execution. Strong copywriting and graphic design skills are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Content writing and storytelling: write social media video and podcast scripts, website content, SEO blog articles and recovery stories
• Graphic design: create social media posts, quote cards, carousels, infographics and campaign visuals, and supporting visuals for landing pages and digital ads
• Copywriting and campaigns: write copy for videos, campaigns, websites, landing pages, blogs and ads, adapting tone for injured workers, employers, insurers and medical professionals
• Multi-channel campaigns: support planning and execution across social, email, web and paid channels, and manage and schedule social content
• Email marketing, event coordination and basic reporting and analytics
• Content and design strategy: keep visuals and content on brand, test angles and formats, and follow trends and audience behaviour

Required profile

• 3+ years' experience in a marketing generalist, content or design role, with strong copywriting and graphic design skills as a must
• Agency and in-house experience preferred
• Ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging content
• Comfortable working across channels and tasks without losing quality
• Willingness to undergo a reference check

Required skills

• Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Basic marketing reporting and analytics (a plus)
• Bonus: SEO, email marketing platforms or paid social/digital advertising
