Marketing All-Rounder: Social Media, Copywriting and Graphic Design

About the role

A purpose-driven team helping injured workers recover is looking for a versatile marketing all-rounder who can handle writing, design, campaign execution and reporting. This is a generalist role for someone who wants ownership across the full marketing mix and can move between strategy, content and creative execution. Strong copywriting and graphic design skills are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Content writing: write social media video and podcast scripts, website content, SEO blog articles and recovery stories
• Graphic design: create social media posts, quote cards, carousels, infographics and visuals for landing pages and ads using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop or Illustrator
• Campaign copy: write copy for videos, websites, landing pages, blogs and ads, adapting tone for injured workers, employers, insurers and medical professionals
• Multi-channel support: help plan and run campaigns across social, email, web and paid channels, manage and schedule content, and assist with email marketing and marketing automation
• Reporting and analytics: support basic reporting across campaigns and channels
• Strategy: keep content and visuals aligned with brand voice, test angles and formats, and follow content, design and SEO trends

Required profile

• 3+ years in a marketing generalist, content or design role, with strong copywriting and graphic design skills as a must
• Agency and in-house experience preferred
• Ability to simplify complex information clearly and comfortably switch between channels and tasks
• Comfortable receiving and acting on feedback, with a collaborative approach
• Willingness to undergo a reference check

Required skills

• Copywriting and persuasive writing
• Graphic design with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop or Illustrator
• Basic marketing reporting/analytics (a plus)
• Bonus: SEO, email marketing platforms or paid social/digital advertising
