Marketing All-Rounder – Graphic Design & Social Media Management

About the role

We are seeking a versatile marketing all‑rounder who can handle everything from copywriting and graphic design to campaign execution and reporting. The role offers ownership across the full marketing mix and requires the ability to move fluidly between strategy, content, and creative execution.

Key responsibilities

• Write and edit website copy, SEO blog articles, and storytelling scripts for videos, podcasts and recovery narratives.
• Design graphics for social media, landing pages, digital ads and marketing collateral using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Develop and schedule multi‑channel campaigns across social, email, web and paid media, and monitor performance.
• Assist with email marketing, EDMs, marketing automation and basic reporting/analytics.
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure consistent messaging and visual alignment.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in a marketing generalist, content or design role with strong copywriting and graphic design abilities.
• Experience in both agency and in‑house environments, comfortable handling fast‑paced work.
• Ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging content.
• Collaborative, positive attitude and openness to feedback.

Required skills

• Canva
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Basic SEO knowledge
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and paid social advertising (optional)
