Managing Principal – Strata Insurance

About the role

Marsh is looking for an experienced insurance professional to lead its Victoria strata team. Based in Melbourne, you will act as the trusted advisor for key strata clients and drive growth and retention across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with key strata accounts, delivering expert insurance advice.
• Oversee service excellence for new business quoting, renewals and claims management.
• Collaborate with account managers to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Lead, mentor and coach the Victorian team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Extensive insurance broking experience, preferably in strata.
• Tier 1 Insurance Broking Certificate.
• Proven ability to build relationships at all levels and develop new business.
• Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring teams.
