Managing Director – Lead The Well Team

About the role

The Well Team is seeking a Managing Director to lead the organisation to new heights of excellence, impact and growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will champion our mission to transform lives through exceptional NDIS support and ensure the WorkWell™ Model drives every aspect of service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute a strategic plan aligned with the WorkWell™ Model.
• Lead and mentor heads of National Care, Workforce Deployment & HR, Operations, Finance & Governance, and Marketing.
• Ensure strategic alignment, clear goals, metrics and accountability across all departments.
• Stay ahead of NDIS policy changes, industry trends and market dynamics.
• Drive innovation, sustainable financial growth and participant‑centred outcomes.
• Continuously evolve the WorkWell™ Model based on outcomes data and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in the disability, health or NDIS sector.
• Strong track record of building high‑performing teams and driving organisational growth.
• Deep understanding of regulatory environments and compliance requirements.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into operational reality.
