Manager, Professional Services Delivery

About the role

Collibra is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Professional Services Delivery team in the APAC region. You will partner with sales, account, and product teams to ensure successful customer journeys and drive regional services revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of Architects and Engagement Managers, overseeing performance, growth, and career development.
• Drive delivery excellence by designing journeys, making implementation decisions, and ensuring high‑quality outcomes aligned with value‑based metrics.
• Monitor individual utilization and team productivity to meet revenue and KPI targets.
• Develop and standardize service offerings, accelerators, and methodologies in collaboration with the PS Portfolio Board.
• Support sales leaders in proposal creation and business development discussions.
• Manage issue escalation and root‑cause analysis across cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of services delivery experience with a proven track record of building and scaling high‑performing professional services teams.
• Strong background in AI transformation, data governance, data management, and data quality initiatives.
• Excellent relationship‑building, communication, and customer‑advocacy skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, evolving environments and drive continuous process improvement.
