Manager Investment Reporting & Analysis

About the role

The Group Financial Reporting & Analysis (FR&A) team supports the CEO, CFO, Executive Leadership Team and Board, covering investment reporting, planning and forecasting, performance reporting and decision support. This role leads the Group's investment reporting, analysis and governance agenda, supporting investment allocation and prioritisation, overseeing governance processes and delivering high-quality reporting for senior executives. It reports to the Senior Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Group-wide investment spend reporting and analysis, with clear insights into performance, outlook and key drivers
• Manage key investment governance processes across the Group, aligning investment demand, funding priorities and delivery capacity
• Partner with Finance, Strategy and Business Unit stakeholders to allocate and prioritise the Group's ~$2.4bn investment portfolio
• Prepare investment reporting and analysis for the half-year and full-year Profit Announcements
• Provide commercial insights, challenge assumptions and influence investment decisions
• Support external investment due diligence, including financial and commercial analysis, strategic alignment, returns, assumptions and risks
• Track and report on cost productivity initiatives and AI use cases, ensuring benefits are quantified and monitored
• Drive continuous improvement across investment reporting, governance and analytical processes
• Coordinate stakeholders and dependencies across competing priorities, and uphold the Group's Code of Conduct and risk management expectations

Required profile

• CA or CPA qualification
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and commercial skills, able to turn complex information into clear insights
• Sound commercial judgement and a curious, questioning mindset
• Stakeholder management and communication skills across Finance and Business teams
• Attention to detail, a proactive ownership mindset and a track record of driving outcomes independently
