Manager Investment Reporting & Analysis

About the role

The Group Financial Reporting & Analysis (FR&A) team supports the CEO, CFO, Executive Leadership Team and Board with financial insight. This role leads the Group's investment reporting, analysis and governance agenda, providing insights that support investment allocation and prioritisation, overseeing governance processes and supporting external investment due diligence. It reports to the Senior Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Group-wide investment spend reporting and analysis, covering performance, outlook and key drivers
• Manage key investment governance processes across the Group, aligning demand, funding priorities and delivery capacity
• Partner with Finance, Strategy and business unit stakeholders on the allocation and prioritisation of the ~$2.4bn investment portfolio
• Prepare investment reporting for the half-year and full-year Profit Announcements
• Provide commercial insights and challenge assumptions to influence investment decisions
• Support external investment due diligence, including financial and commercial analysis, strategic alignment, returns, assumptions and risks
• Track and report on cost productivity initiatives and AI use cases
• Drive continuous improvement across reporting, governance and analytical processes

Required profile

• CA or CPA qualification
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and commercial skills, with sound judgement and curiosity
• Stakeholder management and communication skills across Finance and business teams
• Attention to detail, a proactive ownership mindset and a track record of driving outcomes independently

• Tableau, Alteryx or Power BI is advantageous but not essential
