Manager - Internal Audit

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Internal Audit Manager to lead audit engagements for public‑purpose clients, helping build more equitable, resilient, secure and prosperous communities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage delivery of internal audit engagements and programs across multiple public sector clients.
• Lead audit teams, ensure high‑quality, insightful audit reports and presentations to stakeholders.
• Develop relationships with client line management, executives and audit committees.
• Provide expertise on risk management, corporate governance, business processes, controls and compliance.
• Mentor junior team members and support business development activities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of internal audit and risk experience, preferably in the public sector or professional services.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications (CIA preferred).
• Strong relationship‑building skills with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
