Manager – Health & Business Transformation

About the role

Sia Partners is expanding its presence in Western Australia and seeks an experienced Manager to lead its Government and Health practice in Perth. You will guide engagement teams to solve complex challenges for government departments, hospitals, health agencies, not‑for‑profits and private providers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex health transformation projects, owning project plans, budgets and profitability.
• Mentor and develop Senior Consultants and Analysts, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Act as the primary day‑to‑day contact for senior clients, becoming a trusted advisor and influencing executive decisions.
• Drive commercial success of the Perth office by leading proposals, identifying add‑on opportunities and building a professional network in the WA health sector.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of experience in management consulting or transformation project delivery.
• Proven track record of managing teams, project financials and high‑pressure engagements.
• Based in Perth with knowledge of the local business context.
• Experience delivering projects in the Australian health system and WA government sector is preferred.

Required skills

• Commercial acumen to manage scope and maintain project margins.
• Facilitation skills for workshops with clinicians and executive steering committees.
• Problem‑structuring ability to guide teams in breaking down complex issues.
