Manager, FP&A

About the role

The Manager, FP&A will provide hands‑on support across financial planning and analysis, covering management and external reporting, forecasting, planning and analysis. The role backs up income and expense workstreams, focusing on financial modelling, system reporting and ensuring outputs are accurate for decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Support forecasting cycles, annual budget and strategic planning for both income and expenses.
• Build, maintain and enhance driver‑based financial models with clear assumptions, sensitivities and quality controls.
• Validate financial data for management reporting, reconcile to source systems and resolve data issues.
• Maintain and improve TM1 system reporting outputs, define business requirements and perform user acceptance testing.
• Develop financial analysis and decision‑ready insights for senior stakeholders and support investor‑relations materials.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in FP&A, management accounting, systems accounting or audit.
• Strong financial modelling capability and sound accounting fundamentals.
• Detail‑oriented with disciplined approach to reconciliations, data integrity and testing.
• Ability to work with external technical specialists while retaining ownership of business requirements.
