About the role
Lead engagement and events for the landmark Bradfield City Centre project, shaping how government, industry and community experience its development.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver innovative engagement programmes and large‑scale events.
- Build and sustain relationships across government, peak bodies and community groups.
- Manage the First Building Discovery Centre as a flagship space for connection and storytelling.
- Drive continuous improvement by developing frameworks, tools and team capability.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience managing end‑to‑end design and delivery of engagement programmes and large‑scale events in a complex, regulated environment.
- Ability to translate complex information for diverse audiences, write persuasively and facilitate stakeholder contribution.
- Skill in building trust across government and industry, negotiating win‑win outcomes and uniting people around shared goals.
- Confidence to make autonomous decisions, own outcomes and lead a small team (up to two direct reports).
- Experience managing project scope, stakeholder communication strategies and multiple interdependencies.
