About the role
The Department of the Premier and Cabinet (DPC) is recruiting a Manager, Economic Strategy (ASO8) for its Economic and Environment Policy business unit, based in Adelaide. The role leads and coordinates the development of high-quality policy proposals and advises the Premier and/or Cabinet on issues of interest. The salary range is $130,046 - $134,956.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the development of high-quality policy proposals.
- Negotiate and resolve complex matters with key stakeholders.
- Manage projects and programs of work.
- Manage the development and provision of policy analysis and advice, and deliver projects on issues of interest to the Premier and/or Cabinet.
Required profile
- Ability to work outside normal hours and undertake interstate travel involving overnight absences.
- A National Criminal History check is required.
