Maintenance Technician – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations at the Hallam and Boronia sites. The role focuses on keeping plant equipment, machinery and facilities reliable, safe and performing at peak levels while helping to expand the Halland facility.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on plant equipment, machinery and facilities.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic faults.
• Minimise production downtime through rapid troubleshooting and response.
• Support equipment installations, relocations and commissioning activities.
• Assist with the ongoing development and operation of the Hallam facility.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with workplace health and safety requirements.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects to boost equipment reliability.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports and work orders.

Required profile

• Trade qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or a related discipline.
• Experience with equipment installation, site set‑up or commissioning.
• Familiarity with 5S implementation in an industrial environment.
• Experience using a maintenance management system (e.g., D365).
• Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple sites.
• Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one.
