Maintenance Officer

About the role

Estia Health is looking for a Maintenance Officer to help keep its aged-care homes well presented and cared for. The role sits within a team of dedicated and caring people who enrich and celebrate the lives of residents, and involves working both inside and outside the home.

Key responsibilities

• Use a can-do, collaborative approach to ensure the home is presented to the highest standard.
• Support residents with their maintenance requirements, getting to know them in the process.
• Coordinate the maintenance program and keep excellent records.
• Handle a variety of tasks, indoors and outdoors, using general handy skills.
