Maintenance and Groundskeeper

About the role

Aspire Hospitality Group is looking for reliable, hands-on maintenance and groundskeeping professionals to support its hospitality venues in the Great Southern region of Western Australia. The role is casual, and joining the candidate base gives access to flexible opportunities across multiple venues.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular landscaping, gardening and grounds maintenance, trimming hedges, weeding gardens and keeping indoor and outdoor areas tidy.
• Carry out basic repairs and maintenance around the three venues, including seasonal upkeep, painting and minor building repairs.
• Report major repair or safety issues to Operations Management promptly.
• Safely operate gardening and power tools, and carry out routine checks and basic maintenance of equipment.
• Follow OH&S practices and assist venue management with maintenance tasks.
• Keep outdoor seating and guest areas safe and well presented.

Required profile

• Proven experience in landscaping, gardening or property maintenance.
• Open driver's licence.
• Ability to work independently, strong time management, reliability and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Demonstrated ability to use gardening and power tools safely and effectively.
• Knowledge of safe work practices and OH&S requirements.
