About the role

A leading real estate agency specialising in high-end, luxury properties is looking for an experienced, ambitious and driven Real Estate Agent to join its team and represent top-tier estates. The position is based in Malvern, Victoria, with a retainer plus commission pay structure.

Key responsibilities

• Represent luxury properties to high-net-worth individuals, providing personalised service through buying or selling.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential buyers, sellers and investors.
• Conduct property viewings and give detailed presentations on features, amenities and value.
• Negotiate sales on behalf of clients and advise on market conditions, prices, mortgages and legal requirements.
• Promote properties using social media, networking events and high-end marketing materials, and build a personal brand.
• Manage all paperwork accurately and on time, and coordinate with other agents and marketing teams.
• Guide clients through negotiation and closing, and attend industry events and showcases to grow the client base.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent focused on luxury or high-end residential properties.
• Valid real estate licence.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with high-net-worth individuals.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and meet sales goals.
• Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: previous luxury real estate experience, an established client network, and fluency in multiple languages.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to keep confidential client information secure.
