Lubrication Technician – Join Talent Community

About the role
Fortescue is building a talent community for Lubrication Technicians to support its sustainable mining operations across Western Australia. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who want to contribute to the Real Zero mission while working on FIFO sites in the Pilbara region.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out routine lubrication maintenance on processing plant equipment.
- Collect oil samples and report findings.
- Manage lubrication improvements and maintain related tools and equipment.
- Perform routine housekeeping and consumable stocktake.
- Support shutdowns for internal and external stakeholders.
- Update and manage the Asset Health Platform.
- Maintain a high standard of work and pursue continuous training.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a similar role within a fixed‑plant mining environment.
- Desirable: Forklift and Telehandler licences.
- Desirable: Manual C‑class Australian driver’s licence.
- Desirable: ISO‑certified lubricant qualification (MLT/MLA).
