Logistics Supervisor

About the role

Boral Quarries is looking for a Logistics Supervisor for a Monday to Friday role in South East Queensland. You will lead the people who keep Boral Logistics moving, champion safety, Chain of Responsibility and fleet utilisation, and manage fleet costs so every load is compliant and reaches customers safely and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Provide training and support to drivers so they deliver Boral quarry products on time and in compliance
• Recruit, coach and retain a safe driver team
• Partner with Customer Service and the Logistics team
• Visit sites, resolve customer issues and lead incident investigations

Required profile

• Relevant industry experience and knowledge of heavy vehicles and equipment (Cert IV in Fleet Management desirable)
• People management experience and a sound understanding of HR processes
• Strong safety focus; working knowledge of CoR and HVNL preferred
• Above-the-line team player who works well across the business, with a continuous improvement mindset
