About the role
Join the Customer Service Centre team in Brisbane as a Logistics Planner (Allocator). You will support customers and internal stakeholders by planning and allocating logistics resources, ensuring a smooth and reliable service.
Key responsibilities
- Allocate logistics assets and coordinate deliveries to meet customer requirements.
- Provide high‑quality customer service, handling enquiries and communicating updates.
- Work flexible hours between 4 am and 7 pm and cover occasional Saturday shifts.
Required profile
- Reliable, conscientious and eager to learn.
- Strong problem‑solving, resilience and curiosity.
- Compassionate communication with both internal and external parties.
Required skills
- No prior logistics or construction experience required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
