Logistics Coordinator

About the role

As a Logistics Coordinator at Supagas you will create and manage distribution schedules to meet daily demand for LPG and industrial gases, while continuously improving efficiency and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and monitor delivery schedules in line with fatigue management policies.
• Track progress of deliveries, ensure schedules meet internal efficiency targets and optimum customer service.
• Liaise daily with drivers, subcontractors and customers.
• Monitor operational KPIs and identify scheduling improvements.
• Maintain accurate customer data.

Required profile

• Prior experience in scheduling or transport (desirable).
• Intermediate computer literacy.
• Precise attention to detail and ability to handle changing situations under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across the business.
• Organised, able to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
• Strategic and commercial thinking with a creative and analytical approach.
