About the role
Baxter is seeking an energetic Logistics Coordinator to manage the movement of critical healthcare equipment across Australia. You will work closely with internal teams, freight providers, warehouses and customers to ensure seamless delivery and installation.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate end‑to‑end logistics of capital equipment such as hospital beds and surgical tables.
- Work with carriers, warehouses, service technicians and internal teams to optimise stock allocation and product availability.
- Support major installation projects and monitor logistics performance, analysing data to identify trends.
- Maintain relationships with freight partners and drive process‑improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Proactive logistics professional with strong problem‑solving and relationship‑building skills.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced environment, takes ownership of outcomes and enjoys collaborating with diverse teams.
- Committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences and continuous improvement.
Required skills
- Experience with ERP systems.
