About the role
Pearl Recruitment is seeking experienced Loader and Rockbreaker operators for high-priority permanent, full-time opportunities in the WA Goldfields. The work is on a FIFO 2:1 roster and suits operators confident with large-scale mining equipment in active mine sites. Candidates must live in Western Australia.
Key responsibilities
- Feed the crushing plant using a loader
- Load Moxy dump trucks
- Manage and move stockpile material
- Operate rockbreakers as required
- Monitor and maximise the crushing circuit
- Adjust cone crushers and feeder speeds to maintain efficient production
- Support general production and material handling activities
Required profile
- At least 2 years of consistent, relevant operating experience on loaders and/or rockbreakers; production mining and crushing experience highly regarded
- Proven experience on the relevant machinery
- Relevant operating tickets / competencies
- Current and valid Australian driver's licence
- National police clearance, or ability to obtain it
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
- Currently living in WA (essential)
