Live-In F&B Attendant – Pilbara, WA

About the role

An experienced hospitality professional is sought for a live-in F&B Attendant position in the remote coastal Pilbara region of Western Australia. The role is casual, with a primary focus on bottleshop operations and additional food and beverage duties as required. Previous Australian hospitality experience and a minimum six-month commitment are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service across bottleshop and food and beverage operations.
• Process sales, handle cash and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
• Follow responsible service of alcohol requirements at all times.
• Replenish fridges, cool rooms and shelves to maintain stock levels.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and moving pallets using an electric pallet jack.
• Create attractive product displays and update promotional signage for weekly specials.
• Keep work areas clean and tidy, and assist with drink preparation and food orders.

Required profile

• Previous Australian experience in a similar hospitality, bottleshop or food and beverage role.
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
• Minimum six-month commitment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, and confidence with cash handling and POS transactions.
• Ability to work under pressure, with a reliable and adaptable approach.
• Willingness to assist with stock handling, merchandising and general operational duties; a forklift licence is highly regarded but not strictly required.

What we offer

• Casual pay of $33.85 per hour Monday to Friday before 7pm, $40.62 on Saturday and $47.39 on Sunday.
• Accommodation at $125 per week, including your own room in a shared staff house within walking distance of work.
• $300 bond and 50% discount on meals.
