Litigation Lawyer (3-8 PQE) – International Firm

About the role

Our client, a leading global law firm, is expanding its litigation team in Sydney. The successful candidate will join a high‑performing group handling some of the most complex and high‑value commercial disputes in Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage domestic and cross‑border commercial litigation matters in the Australian superior courts.
• Lead class actions, large‑scale commercial disputes, Royal Commission investigations and regulatory inquiries.
• Collaborate closely with award‑winning partners and senior counsel on strategic case development.
• Provide advice to multinational clients on high‑stakes litigation strategy.

Required profile

• 3‑8 years post‑admission experience in commercial litigation.
• Proven track record on large, complex litigation matters.
• Training obtained at a top‑tier or international law firm.
• Strong academic background.
