Liquor Team Member - BWS QV

About the role

BWS, part of the Endeavour Group, is hiring a part-time Liquor Team Member for its QV store in Melbourne. The role centres on engaging customers, keeping shelves stocked and maintaining a safe, clean environment while following alcohol service guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers by sharing your passion for the products and creating memorable experiences
• Promote BWS loyalty programmes and their benefits and product offerings
• Keep shelves stocked so customers have the best choices available
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and teammates
• Uphold service of alcohol guidelines

Required profile

• Ability to talk with customers confidently and authentically
• Good availability across the day, evenings and weekends
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Genuine interest in learning and expanding product knowledge
• Availability to increase daily steps and to grow into future roles
