About the role

Just Automotive Recruitment is recruiting three full-time light vehicle mechanics for a busy workshop in Western Australia. The client, Minshull Enterprises Pty Ltd (Minshull Mechanical Repairs), provides 4WD repairs, servicing and inspections. The role suits experienced mechanics who want to expand their skills in a growing sector.

Key responsibilities

• Work on a range of vehicles in a busy workshop with a team of mechanics
• Carry out preventative maintenance
• Perform infield diagnosis and servicing
• Troubleshoot problems effectively and decisively
• Work unsupervised and under pressure
• Keep the workspace and tools tidy and orderly

Required profile

• Current Motor Mechanic Trade Certificate or equivalent
• Mechanical servicing and repairing experience
• Ability to diagnose faults and problem solve using a multimeter
• Positive can-do attitude, team player with good interpersonal skills, strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Customer service exposure
• Current driver's licence
• Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours
