Lifestyle Coordinator

About the role

Estia Health is looking for a Lifestyle Coordinator for a permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday, in its aged care homes. The role helps create a home that residents love by delivering care standards of the highest level. Estia Health operates 96 homes across Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia and Victoria.

Key responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with residents and their families
• Create programs that give residents social, emotional and spiritual fulfilment
• Coordinate group activities inside and outside the home
• Set lifestyle goals for residents and run programs to help them achieve them
• Work closely with the wider support team in the home to meet residents' needs

Required profile

• A passion for building genuine relationships and seeing residents enjoy themselves
• Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure (or equivalent)
• Standard driver's licence
