Lifestyle Assistant/Officer (PCW-Wellbeing)

About the role

Estia Health Ringwood, a retirement village offering accommodation on campus alongside the Waldreas Retirement Village, is looking for an experienced Lifestyle Assistant/Officer (PCW - Wellbeing) to join its team on a permanent part-time basis. You will deliver engaging, fun and varied activities so residents have their best day every day.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a varied range of activities that keep residents motivated and happy
• Give personal care and emotional support so residents feel valued, safe and connected socially
• Learn each resident's personal interests and find activities that suit them

Required profile

• Experience as a Lifestyle Assistant/Officer
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks at once
• Passion for building genuine relationships and seeing residents enjoy themselves
• Warm, welcoming approach and ability to work collaboratively in a growing sector
