Lifestyle Coordinator

About the role

Estia Health Ringwood, a home within the Waldreas Retirement Village offering quality care to the local community, is looking for an experienced Lifestyle Coordinator to join its team on a permanent full-time basis, Monday to Friday during office hours. The role helps create a home residents love by delivering care standards of the highest level.

Key responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with residents and their families
• Create programs that bring social, emotional and spiritual fulfilment
• Coordinate group activities inside and outside the home
• Set lifestyle goals for residents and run programs to help them achieve them
• Work closely with the wider support team in the home to meet residents' needs

Required profile

• A passion for building genuine relationships and seeing residents enjoy themselves
• Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure (or equivalent)
• Standard driver's licence
