About the role

Estia Health Yarra Valley is looking for an experienced Lifestyle Assistant (PCW-Wellbeing) to join its team on a casual basis. The home sits on a quiet residential street near Yarra Junction, with strong links to the local community. You will deliver engaging, fun and varied activities so residents have their best day every day.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, fun and varied activities that keep residents motivated and happy
• Give personal care and emotional support so residents feel valued, safe and connected
• Learn each resident's personal interests and find activities that suit them

Required profile

• Passion for aged care and enriching the lives of older Australians
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks at once
• Team player with a warm, welcoming approach
• Passion for building genuine relationships
