Lifestyle Assistant - Part Time

About the role

Estia Health is looking for a Lifestyle Assistant for a permanent part-time position in its aged care homes. You will deliver engaging, fun and varied activities so residents have their best day every day, while also giving personal care and emotional support so they feel valued, safe and connected socially.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, fun and varied activities that keep residents motivated and happy
• Give personal care and emotional support to residents
• Learn each resident's personal interests and find activities that suit them
• Help residents maintain strong social connections within the home

Required profile

• Passion for aged care and enriching the lives of older Australians
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks at once
• Team player with a warm, welcoming approach
• Passion for building genuine relationships

Working hours

• Tuesday: 10am to 6pm
• Wednesday and Friday: 9am to 4pm
• Saturday: 9am to 1pm
