Level 3 ASP Electrical Engineer

About the role

A premier engineering consultancy, representing its client in the energy and utility sector, is seeking a Level 3 ASP Electrical Engineer. The engineer will design and deliver electrical infrastructure projects for supply authorities, using level 3 designs to create dependable, efficient and sustainable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and engineering of level 3 electrical systems for supply authorities, following regulatory standards and industry best practice.
• Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to define project requirements, assess technical viability and develop solutions.
• Produce engineering drawings, specifications and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards and take part in audits and reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Accreditation as a Level 3 ASP Engineer.
• Proven experience in level 3 designs for supply authorities with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Familiarity with AS/NZS 3000 and AS/NZS 3008.
• Analytical thinking, problem solving and ability to interpret technical data.
• Candidates must live in Australia.
