Learning & Culture Specialist (HR Trainer)

About the role

The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne is seeking a Learning & Culture Specialist to champion Gold Standards and cultivate a culture of legendary service. This role balances learning leadership with operational presence, spending equal time in the classroom and on the floor.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver immersive learning experiences that bring Gold Standards to life, including orientation, brand training, and leadership development.
• Coach Ladies and Gentlemen and leaders in real‑time operational environments, reinforcing luxury service standards through daily engagement and observation.
• Support hotel readiness for LQA assessments and brand audits, partnering with department leaders to elevate performance and guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Previous experience within The Ritz‑Carlton brand and deep understanding of its Gold Standards.
• Experience in luxury hospitality operations and supporting LQA or luxury quality assurance frameworks.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills with natural credibility to inspire through influence.
