Learning & Capability Trainer

About the role

The Learning & Capability Trainer will design and deliver engaging, scalable learning programs for Lendi Group’s operations, customer, product, and distribution teams. Reporting to the Learning & Capability Manager, the role focuses on innovation, user experience, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to deliver effective learning solutions.
• Design, develop, and facilitate virtual and face‑to‑face learning programs, including session plans, eLearning modules, videos, assessments, and supporting materials.
• Tailor learning solutions to learner needs, business priorities, and real‑world operational challenges.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly and create an inclusive, psychologically safe learning environment.
• Use learning systems, data, and feedback to track impact, improve effectiveness, and continuously enhance the learner experience.
• Support mandatory, compliance, and risk‑based training requirements, ensuring materials are accurate, current, and audit‑ready.
• Apply creative approaches such as microlearning, gamification, video, and emerging technologies to boost engagement and retention.
• Maintain high‑quality, brand‑aligned learning artefacts delivered within agreed timeframes.
