Learning & Capability Specialist

About the role

As a Capability Partner you will collaborate with leaders across Australia and New Zealand to build the skills, behaviours and capabilities that enable teams to succeed. This role offers exposure to leadership development, capability strategy, learning design, facilitation, organisational development and emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and People Organisation teams to understand capability, performance and development needs.
• Design and deliver engaging learning experiences that drive leadership, people‑manager and professional capability.
• Facilitate workshops, development programmes and capability conversations with a range of stakeholders.
• Support the rollout and localisation of global talent and capability initiatives across ANZ.
• Use data, feedback and business insights to evaluate capability programmes and continuously improve outcomes.

Required profile

• Experience supporting or leading learning, capability, talent or people initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building skills.
• Curiosity, initiative and a growth mindset.
• Proactive, organised and solutions‑focused approach.

Required skills

• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into practical solutions.
