Learning and Capability Partner

About the role

TEEG is seeking a Learning & Capability Partner to design and deliver innovative learning experiences across its entertainment venues. The role blends digital tools, AI, workshops and on‑the‑job development to boost team performance and guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design creative learning experiences using digital, AI‑powered tools, workshops and performance‑support resources.
• Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and develop solutions that improve team performance.
• Build leadership programmes, career pathways and succession initiatives.
• Facilitate engaging learning sessions both in‑person and virtually.
• Coach leaders, trainers and subject‑matter experts to ensure learning sticks.
• Explore new technologies and learning trends to continuously evolve the learning function.
• Use data and feedback to measure impact and refine learning outcomes.

Required profile

• Creates learning experiences that genuinely engage people and drive behaviour change.
• Understands what motivates today’s workforce and translates that into lasting learning.
• Knows how to blend technology, social learning and real‑world experience to build capability.
• Enjoys designing experiences that people look forward to participating in.

Required skills

• Experience designing and delivering learning, capability or leadership programmes in fast‑paced, multi‑site environments such as retail, hospitality or leisure.
• Strong facilitation, instructional design and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven ability to create blended learning solutions across digital, virtual and face‑to‑face channels.
• Relevant qualification in Learning & Development, Education, HR, Organisational Development or a related field.
