Leading Sprayer / Machinery Operator - Broadacre Farming

About the role

A client of Rural Enterprises is seeking an experienced cropping operator for a broadacre farming operation in regional Victoria. The farm covers about 4,000 acres, including 3,500 cropped acres, growing wheat, barley, canola, lentils and beans. The successful candidate joins a small four-person team and takes part in all aspects of the operation, from spraying and harvest to truck driving, grain storage and machinery maintenance.

Required profile

• Previous broadacre cropping experience
• Strong practical farming experience able to contribute immediately
• Ability to work independently
• Pride in maintaining machinery and equipment
